HARTA Maintenance Sdn Bhd (Harta) was established on 9th April 1980 as a total solutions provider for integrated facility management. HARTA has since serviced reputable private and government sectors where the significant service applications include government office complexes, major shopping malls, hospitals, transportation hubs and factories. The idea of HARTA’s business is about providing innovative solutions to support clients’ business productivity and their escalating business needs.
HARTA was crowned the winner of Enterprise 50 Awards in 2017, while other received awards and recognitions include GreenTech Awards 2014, KETTHA Excellence Awards 2014, Malaysia Franchise Awards in 2013 and 2014 and Malaysia Power Brand in 2009.

With over 4,500 workers, HARTA continuously trained our workforce in various aspects to provide the best quality service to ensure a pleasant experience of the building occupants.
HARTA is an ISO certified company and achieved four-star rating according to the SCORE criteria set by Construction Industry Development Board Malaysia (CIDB). HARTA has also been certified as an Energy Service Company (ESCO) by the Energy Commission of Malaysia to offer operational services that optimize energy consumption of any facilities. The energy management services offer interrelated aspects of audit analysis, energy consumption evaluation as well as saving solution recommendation and monitoring system to bring down energy cost for clients.

HARTA’s sustainable facility management solutions include engineering and technical services, energy management with 29 Certified Energy Managers (CEM), Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) with 6 in-house IAQ assessors, cleaning and housekeeping, landscape, pest control and asset management to improve customers’ business performance. As a strong partner for sustainable environment care, HARTA uses energy efficient machinery and environmental-friendly cleaning materials for our specialized services; dry carpet cleaning, stone restoration, robotic duct cleaning, initial cleaning, steam cleaning, cleanroom cleaning, decontamination and infection control.
HARTA developed its own franchise systems offering cleaning services and maintenance services under the brand of HARTA Rovers and HARTA Rangers respectively. Our wish is to share HARTA’s experience with suitable entrepreneurs who are interested in starting a business based on our proven system and processes.
